Terms and conditions
- Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website gregtex-shop.ch. Gregtex SA reserves the right to change these general Terms and conditions at any time.
- Order, prices and delivery
Gregtex SA undertakes to fulfill orders received through its website store.jaked.ch only within the limits of available product stocks and exclusively for deliveries to Switzerland. Product prices are indicated on the gregtex-shop.ch website. Delivery is generally made within 2 working days. The order placed online becomes binding from the moment the customer confirms the purchase.
- Shipping & cost determination
Shipping costs are displayed for each order before confirmation. We deliver all orders through Swiss Post. Attention: we deliver exclusively in Switzerland!
- Payments
Payments are made by PayPal/credit card or by invoice (only for registered customers). Invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Any delay in payment will result in a payment reminder and reminder costs of CHF 10.
- Return or exchange of goods
A right of exchange exists for 10 days from receipt of the goods. Please request a return number before returning the goods. This is possible on the website via the contact form or directly by mail: shop@gregtex.com. Any return must be made in the original packaging to the following address and at the expense of the sender (except if returned for " defective " reasons, after inspection).
- Colors
Since the reproduction of colors on computer screens is not perfect, Gregtex SA does not guarantee that the color of the goods exactly matches the color that appears on the screen.
- Confidentiality of data
All personal data of the customer shall be treated confidentially by Gregtex SA. Upon written request, the customer has the right to view, correct or remove data concerning him, which are contained and processed in the Gregtex SA database. The data such as name, address, e-mail address, article, price, quantity, as well as all other data communicated by the customer are collected, processed, and used, in compliance with the provisions of the existing data protection law, to process the order and to service the customer.

- Applicable law
Furthermore, all relations between the customer and Gregtex SA are exclusively governed by Swiss law.
